matagal na akong nawala sa sirkulasyon sa mga street foods sa pinas ah. after 14 years ano na ba bago. ang alam ko lang na latest nun e kwek-kwek. di ko na kabisado ang mga terminologies hehe.

ang peyborit ko nun is one-day old chick tsaka inihaw na tenga ng baboy. tsaka baluuuut!!

yung usa very rare na sa pinas so malamang wala ka nang makikitang ganito. baboy damo pwede pa. dito sa US dumadami at nagiging peste daw ang mga baboy damo. usually lumalaki sila hanggang 180 kg. pag hinanting sila at napatay, traktora ang ginagamit pambuhat sa kanila. pero di naman kinakain dito yun e.

Tama ka @tonistork, best place to buy e sa mga kakilala or malalapit sa mga bukirin. ako usually galing sa bukid namin.

Next food i usually ate during holy week. eto kc ang season nito. marami to sa mga manggahan

Sis @Schy That should be RED ANT EGG (egg and pupae kasama na yung ibang adult ant hirap pilian kasi)

Usually found sa mga manggahan marami to sa probinsiya. Meron silang pugad sa mga dahon na pinagdikitdikit.  kailangan mo ng tapang sa pagharvest kc dudumugin ka ng mga adult ants once nagalaw yung pugad.  then pipiliin mo yung mga eggs, just steam it and it's good to go.

malasa sya with after taste of sweet and bitterness. ang habol ng iba dito yung high in protein at nakakatigas daw hehehe
