Very nice sis.i usually go for tea before kaya lang nagpa-bone scan ako and found out may osteopinia ako so i switched to warm milk before bed time.but true as it is,both milk and tea can make u relaxed.

Yes sis tried and tested na ang warm milk and pwede din pala samahan ng whole crackers and cheddar cheese hehe takaw ko!

Latest food craze...easy to do recipe that we can try...so sinfully delicious!



Lechon Belly

Ingredients (serves 10 people)

3 kilos Pork belly slab

1 stalk of lemon grass (tanglad)

5 cloves garlic, crushed

2 pieces of laurel (bay leaves)

salt & pepper


Directions:

*With a small knife, poke surface of skin in different places.

*Rub skin and flesh generously with salt and pepper.

* Let rest for about 30 minutes.

*Put lemon grass, laurel & garlic in the center.

*Roll pork belly, skin side up, into a tight log.

*Using kitchen twine, tie to secure shape.

*Place in a roasting pan and refrigerate, uncovered, overnight to dry out.

*In a 320 F oven, roast pork for about 3 hours.

*Increase temperature to 425 F and continue to roast for about 30 to 40 minutes or until skin is crisp.

*Remove from heat and allow to stand for about 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

*Serve with lechon sauce.

Hello Sir Razor!

Nagtagpo ulit tayo dito sa karinderya Ko ah.... Pwede naman lahat ng chicha food during drinking sprees.... Meron nga e matatamis pa ang partner na pulutan...

A platter of mini tuna tataki... Good with white wines, bubbly champagnes and beers too!
