Hahaha... you really made me laugh on that one Sir Razor! Sabagay totoo yan... we should educate ourselves pagdating sa pagkain , kung minsan nakakalimutan natin ang disiplina sa sarili lalo na kung nakakatakam talaga sa mata... lalo na yunh mamantika ano po? Ika nga e ' putok batok ' foods! Hehehe...


Kaya nga today maggisa naman tayo ng gulay... corallo string beans...


But if you want it plain... boiled lang, a dash and sprinkle of pepper and salt... two tbsp of olive oil will do....




Kahit walang rice ok na...






Pag walang meat, pang sub naman itong mozarella cheese .... may calcium ka na may protein ka pa... ingat lang wag mag exceed sa 80 to 100 gms kung diet ka.... may kolesterol din yan though nde naman mataas...


Try mo mozarella cheese with diced cherry tomatoes... salt and olive oil... chopped basil leaf...

Side dish: deep fried coated young eggpplat...and a plate of grilled gurnard served on a bed of spinach and lemon frittata, for the main course.

Akira is a sushi and teppanyaki restaurant.

Location: 5th Level of East Wing, Shangri-la Plaza Mall, Mandaluyong City, Philippines

They’re open from Mon – Sun: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

Unique feature: Their chefs can cook the teppanyaki in front of you, which gives entertainment value as well.  I think the same concept can be done with pinoy cooking since we have a lot of items that can be cooked on the grill as well.

My faves here: The squid head karaage and the salmon sahimi as shared starters.  Then it’s usually the rice or ramen bowls.

Location: Unit 2, Sunshine Square, Liberty Center, 312 Shaw Blvd., Pleasant Hills, Mandaluyong Metro Manila Philippines

Tye’re open mon to sun Lunch: 11:30am – 02:30pm, Dinner: 5:30pm – 10:00pm

A good place to get your fill of Ramen.


Shitamachi – honest staff and good food



It’s a japanese chashu restaurant at the 5th floor of the Podium in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.  Chashu is marinated braised pork belly, which is usually used as toppings for ramen.

Sis Lady...

Wow! It seems to me napapadalas ang eating fellowship naten ah... oh! I see you got lots of chopped lovely Champignon Mushrooms ! I bet you saved it for salad ? Or grilled mo sya!? Sauteed...!?  Tsalap yun with ground pepper, powder garlic , a dash of salt parsely and olive oil lang! Very good!

Pwede naman .... but I used it as a design on a Sashimi platter ... sinigang sa miso is the best for that particular fish...
