Would you relocate for love?

Me i consider it..i know taking chances is always risky.but how would i know how risky it is if i dont take that chance.bad or good is a lesson to experience ..

I was faced with this situation a few years ago. My ex gf was inviting me for a vacation in Dubai. Vacation daw then try ko din mag apply ng work while I'm there. Sagot niya lahat from pamasahe back and forth pati living expenses ko dun.

Sounds cool pero I know what she is expecting in return. I wasn't ready during that time. Aside from the fact na hindi ko trip mag abroad eh medyo may part of me din na nagsasabing huwag kong gawin dahil medyo kumplikado din kung sakaling pumunta ko dun at naging kami uli at nagsama doon.

Hmm mahirap yan. Normally kasi may magsasabi dito na "of course i will do everything for the sake of my love one" pero sa akin kung ang career mo dito ay stable at dun mo mabubuo amg pangarap mo para sa taong mahal mo then I will sacrifice being with my love for this opportunity. Realistic lang siguro ako pero for me eto ang tama

"Love yourself before you learn to love others" - so if you are relocating just for the sake of "love" then maybe you should think about it first. "is it what you want" or "is it going to make you happy". The biggest question is "what benefit will you get if you make this decision?". "Love" is not an excuse for us to relocate, not unless we have already considered that this "Love" is worth the shot.

But as TS mentioned, if it's a risk worth a shot, then you can learn from whatever good or bad effect it may have. But take into consideration that it's more important to have a calculated risk. We always live by the rules of risk taking everyday, but that doesn't mean we act "YOLO" without considering other factors that might affect these risks. We are logical beings who can comprehend cause and effect, and our decisions should always be highly inclined to self preservation. We should always try to re-evaluate our plans, especially if it will affect, not only us, but everyone around us. So if it's a matter of relocating for love, I'd say "No", not unless I have my head above above water.

sure why not, chances are if she asks me to moved with her or to her place it only means na one level up na yun, and sooner or later, magpapakasal at magsasama din naman, so whats the point of delaying the inevitable?
and if di siya magwork out at least mas madali na kumalas kaysa kapag kasal na kayo

oo siguro...as long as may makikita din nmn akong work dun sa place na pupuntahan namen..siguro wala nmng magiging problema...then kung di mag workout ang relasyun nio.pede ka pa din nmn umuwe sa bahay nio... $:-\$ $:-\$
