isa pang gusto ko yung biscotti. lalo na yung may halong tsokolate saka almonds. yumm. sarap din uli sa kape yan.

Hello Sir Razor!

Cantucci biscotti from the Umbria/Tuscan regions... May almonds din yun.. Pwede rin partner ng espresso coffee.. But mostly kinakain sya after meals kasabay ng amaretto shots.. It's an almond flavoured italian liqueur.. Made from apricot and sometimes other fruits ..

Panforte biscotto naman yung may cinnamon and almond ... With ground black pepper kaya medyo  exotic ang flavour... But yung may chocolate na biscotti... 'Amaretti' naman ang name nun made from almond flour and of course cocoa optional na lang yung chocolate chips... But madalas vanilla and chocolate flavour lang yun...

i'm not really a dessert person but i'm tinkering the idea of trying a home-made blueberry cheesecake she told me she perfected it....

hi ms. schy, yah masarap biscotti kaso mahal dito kse considered as imported sya from italy. $4 + tax yung anim na piraso lang huhuhu. kaya minsan-minsan lang kung makatikim.

$ 4 ... For a few pieces. Mahal nga... Ok din naman yung french macarons... Almond flour din naman gamit dun... Lagyan mo na lang ng crushed nuts o kaya pinoli... Hehe..

agggh - napakarami kong lugar na dinayo makapag-hanap lang ng panettone na yan huhuhu. out of season na kasi e, tapos na ang pasko.

pero success!! nakakita pa rin, 2 cities away nga lang. :D

Two cities away from your location?  Anlayo naman nun! Teka Sir... Have you tried placing an order Online..? Kase ang alam ko may mga italian bakers sa mga italian communities dyan sa US na  nagke cater ng ganyan online... Saka hindi naman  yun nasisira agad and the bread is safely packed invidually in a box... Minsan nga may kasama pang wine yun so you  can order it online... Im sure may mga local pastry business dyan na pwede  gumawa ng ganun...

I just dunno kung kailangan ng minimum number of orders...

hi schy, gusto ko kasi nakakain agad eh... pag online pa limang araw akong tatakamin nun bago ko matikman hehe. pero meron na nga akong nakukunan hehe. sana di sila maubusan!
