gusto ko din yang hot chocolate boss james...lalo na yung parang tablet na tinutunaw sa mainit na tubig..nakalimutan ko tawag don pero d best ang lasa nun... :)

Sachertorte's strong dark chocolate taste coupled with rhum might not strike some people's palate fancy but i sure love it's rich chocolatey taste...

....With or without the orange marmalade.

Sicily's vanilla and cream cannoli.. Meron din with crushed chocolate and nuts... But i like the plain cream better.


.... HardRock Cafe's Chocolate Fudge  Ice cream... Hot fudgy brownie topped with gelato
... ( flavors are optional)  ... I remember, two months akong naging regular 'eater/ consumer' ng particular HardRock dessert na yan.


Happy Tummy indeed!

o kaya Panettone from italy. hayyyz... bat kaya pasko lang lumalabas itong mga ito. nag-hoard na ako kanina, bumili ako ng tatlong box bago mawala.  >:D

sino mahilig mag-bake dyan, igawa nyo naman ako o. recipe ni mario batali sa ibaba.

Haha! Panettone tslaga e no! But i like the Pandoro much better... The same lang sila ng  Panettone plain lang ang Pandoro kung meron currants at raisin  ang Panettone meron naman confectioner's sugar ang Pandoro...

Yung recipe ni Mario B.,, sige ma try nga yan! Thanks for sharing Sir!

Teka one more thing every easter meron din Colomba...

Same bread mixture ang kaibahsn lang dove shaped sya plus merong  caramelized sugar and nuts sa ibabaw.

Yep... Candied orange/ citrus fruit peel... Dessicated and cooked sugared and dessicated ulit...funny, when i found out about it... Naisip ko lang akalain mo, sa pinas pag kumain tayo ang balat tinatapon na naten... While sa ibang lugar.. Napapakinabangan pa yan...

Actually yung panettone pareho lang sila ng Colomba dove shaped lang yun.. Pandoro naman... Simpleng 'mamon' lang yun when compared sa breads sa pinas... Medyo may ' kunat nga lang sa texture kase nde sya fine '00' all purpose white flour... Mixed sya ng bread flour na madalas ay from high protein hard unbleached wheat flour... Kaya medyo matigas tigas compared sa mga tinapay dito sa atin.

.... This year wala akong natikman na Pandoro at panettone... Mamon mamon lang... Dun! Nakarami ako... Sagana sa pampa alsa! Hehehe...

But yummy... All the same.

Testimonial yan.. Mula sa aminadong matakaw na tulad ko... Haha!
