Tnod26,

...mas may challenge talaga kapag ikaw pa nanghuli ng palaka at ipapaluto mo diba? swerte pa kapag may kalakihan yung size, mas maraming laman....favorite ko yung crispy fried frog legs with matching tomato and cucumber salad plus salted egg.

...i wonder kung anong lasa ng snake egg? hmnn...

Icelandic dish: Slatur
:lr: :lr: :lr: :P :P :P :sipol: :sipol: :sipol:
Slatur - blood sausage or pudding "Slatur" means literally "slaughter." Slatur made from the entrails, blood and fat of sheep. Sometimes blood pudding served with sweet rice pudding - a rather strange combination.

Ako natry ko na itlog ng bayawak. Parang puréed hard boiled chicken egg na may texture hehe. Available sya sa Baler back when it wasn't a surfing destination. Ngayon di ko alam kung meron pa dun.

Crocodile

deep fried gator nuggets. . . .

Crocodile, a somewhat bland, white meat, has a low fat content, and it tastes a little like fishy chicken. Most restaurants serve it in pieces, but tail fillet is also available. Mama Africa Restaurant and Bar is a wildly popular eatery on Cape Town’s famous party street, Long Street, and if you want to try several exotic meats at once, try Mama’s Game Grill (market price), which comes with crocodile, ostrich, springbok, kudu, and venison sausage. To focus on the crocodile itself, order Mama’s Crocodile Kebabs ($14), which are grilled with green and red peppers then served with peanut satay and rice. The char from the grill and the satay make this tough meat quite palatable.

Monkey Brain...
 :hilo: :hilo: :hilo: :'( :'( :'(
The brain is consumed when the monkeys are still alive, so cruel. We can find this activity in the southern Chinese. On the special table which the monkey drunk by morphine and the scull was operated and the brain was ate directly. The dangerous enjoyment.

squirrel brains

considered a regional delicacy until doctors found out in some squirrel brains a virus somewhat related to mad cow disease.

tuna eyeball

giant stewed eyeballs ...delectably rare , specially the jellied parts around the pupil.

stink heads

fish heads left on the ground for weeks, placed inside a plastic bag burried on the ground and dug up when it is already thoroughly fermented. Yupik people oftenly use salmon for this type of delicacy.
