Claro M. Recto, one of our best statesman.. I believe, withhis political background . Recto is definitely a good choice.

~ Ninoy Aquino , He never had a chance to prove his worth, curious ako how would Ninoy run our country.

Jovito Salonga. .. one of the best opposition leaders during the Marcos regime.

Ferdinand Marcos, notorious, feared by many, a leader with a futuristic analytical ability. Minus the dictatorship of course.

.... were it not for the notoriety of his dictatorship , many people will agree that he certainly was the best president that we ever had.

There were no perfect Presidents, under certain circumstances, one can only be the best example of what they believed was right to do, their actions can never alter our history, they are as i said, the proof that even the best of best are not perfect after all.

Yep I forgot that Romulo guy one of the best brains of Pinoy politics. Sayang nga lang wala ng kasing patriotic nila sa pulitika natin ngayon. Majority e puro corrupt at puro pang sarili iniisip.

To answer your question, since di pa ako pinanganak nung panahon na yan. I will rely on history..

I will select Carlos P. Garcia, since according to history, he is the one who helped the Philippines to rise from the war into a self sustaining country.. We are one of the richest country during his time..

But the trouble started during Macapagal's term. And eventually collapsed during Marcos.

I don't really understand why several people still believe that Marcos is a great leader despite the verifiable facts that he stole billion of monies from our country? And despite the fact that we are totally in shamble when he left the Philippines in 1986..
