Marami ng series ang GUNDAM. So sino magaling na gundam pilot given they will pilot standard mobile suit..

Sa akin nagtatalo si Armuro Ray at Heero Yuy.. New type vs Perfect Soldier. Parehas magaling..

Amuro Ray for NewType + Piloting capability
For pure piloting capability, with no newtype/zero system/coordinator effects, nobody can beat Char Aznable.

if its pure piloting skill i would go for the red comet

Char Aznabel, he can make an ordinary Zaku II into a monster suit

Heero is great too not because of the zero system, the zero system can drive a man insane

if his piloting skills aren't that good enough,

and i would Also add Flit Asuno in this with his great tactical skills

and X-rounder capabilities

No offense sa mga fan ni heero but I think heero is overrated. He doesn't even have the capability of combat before using wing zero and the opponents back in those days are really not much of a threat he cant even dodge simple multiple attacks.

Before 90s: Kamille (pure new-type potential)
90s (including Mobile Fighters): Master Asia
2000s: Kira Yamato
2010s: Asemu Asuno

Heero would've been great but he's surprisingly incompatible with Wing (try to count how many times he transformed mid-crash).

+1 to this post, for me heero was an ordinary pilot but he got some ideals however in the world of gundams almost all protagonist got some ideals ergo hero is nothing more than a bluff.

But heero is only human unlike some pilot which is genetically enhanced. Heero had some crash on his mobile suit because he no intention to fight at all. If he is in battle mode he pilot his mobile suit superbly and able to pilot with zero system which other pilot failed to do.

He was the only person able to wield the zero system in that time frame kasi hindi pa pinapanganak ang mga characters sa seed at 00. Yeah his is just human just like Mu la Flaga/Neo however Neo would certainly kick his ass.

Best pilot for me is kou uraki

malakas si heero because of his machine while kira because he's the ultimate coordinator. Kou uraki is just a regular soldier with no special abilities, his machine has no special systems that can enhance his abilities whatsoever
