1. Meron po ba kayo Certification from other known groups/persons/entity (outside PT) para iacknowledge ang pagbubuo ng Foundation? Para mas build na ang credibility ng grupo
2. Is this foundation be a separate entity to PT? if yes, pwede sana may scanned certificate na magsasabi na ang foundation na itatayo ng inyong grupo at solely na hiwalay sya sa PT at lahat ng activities involved dito sa foundation na to ay entirely within this group lang. if no, then ano po ang assurance ng site kung sakali na magkaroon ng problema na hindi madadamay ang PT?
3. May plan po ba eto iparegister sa government?
4. Pwede po ba ilahad ang real identity ng magiging staff dito para magkaroon ng transparency?

If this will not push through, the said foundation will simply become a group that will help the needy. No certificates and registration needed. We will discuss this on the incoming SGBS EB this July. For sure, after the EB, we will let you know everything that was tackled.

- sa nakikita ko sa layunin this is more of an initiative for community outreach. So far at this stage too early pa ser to identify if there will be collaboration with other foundation. Via this thread pa lang magkakaron ng small campaign online to inform people that are willing to help.

- if the foundation will be separated from pt or not that should be discussed among the officers and admin and staff. At this point naghahanap pa lang po ng volunteers.

Similar as how normal foundation work the campaign may be or not be only via pt this could be also via other online and offline channel. The way i see it social media will play a big role here as some of the members are based out of the country.

In terms naman kung magkaproblema, main objective lang po is to help the needy, hope there will be no issues. If ever meron idiscuss na lang kagad to resolve.

- if i am not mistaken there is a full requirement to have it registered. Once the group is stable this can be done. It will also be a good idea to have collaboration with an existing fountation as a start. However depends on how the group would want to start it.

- staff members yes. Every foundation palagi announced ang identity ng officers. Pero to people who want to help up to them if gusto nila ireveal.

-Ser eto pa lang nakikita so sa ngayon. It will take time to build it up pero having the initial idea and having enough volunteers it will be good start.

well appreciated your prompt response on this matter... i think some of my questions are being asked too early. If the time comes then i will raise again these questions. Im not the legal counsel or any sorts, im just exploiting any information for other member/s to know afterall this is net world where anyone can be anyone. and hoping that the group will give utmost protection of this site. thanks.

just one more thing

the totality of the plan should be transaparent in this site since the group will solicit any forms of donation in this site,... so cash flow, deliveries, risk management or anything should be planned and it must be divulge to any member of this site to monitor any item/s that has given by them. but for now, this is too early....
