aw... hmmm... masarap pa naman ang cheese flavor... eh lagyan na lang ng iodized table salt para magkaroon ng lasa... yung mga nititinda ng mga vendors outside a church na kinakalog pa, yun masarap ang plain nun bakit kaya... pero gawin ko sa bahay eh di ganun ang lasa hahaha.... haaays... parang pisbol lang....

Pritong Tilapia

Crispy and tender, this dish is simple but a Classic in every Filipino household.

INGREDIENTS

1 pc   (approx 1/2 kilo) tilapia

1 sachet   MAGGI MAGIC SARAPĀ®

3 tbsp   cooking oil



DIRECTIONS

1.  Pat dry fish with paper towels to avoid spattering while frying.

2.  Score tilapia by lightly slicing 3 times per side. Rub MAGGI MAGIC SARAPĀ® on tilapia. No need to add salt.

3.  Fry in hot oil, 5 minutes each side or until golden brown.

4.  Drain in cooling racks (or you may use large strainer to remove excess oil)

oohhh... now i know the reason why i increase weight despite skipping meals often due to work... thanks mam @lovemarie for the great tip... have to eat regularly from now on...  :)
