isang mabilis na cooking ng ina ko... nuong bata ako kapag galing ko sa pakikipaglaro sa hapon tapos bubuksan ko ref may nakikita ako ice cream magnolia pa uiii sarap! ngunit dapatwap subalit ng aking binuksan tilapia pala ang laman.. kaya ang ginawa ko...


inihaw na tilapia..

procedure magpabaga lang nang uling sa inyong ihawan..

ilagay ang tilapia sa ihawan at saka baliktarin kapag ihaw na ang isang side tapos kapag luto na ahunin at served mo nang umuusok usol pa..



samahan mo na din nang talong at okra... para sa mas masarap na kainan..

~Beef Pares~



Beef Pares Filipino Recipe
Beef pares is probably one of the most popular Filipino meal. You can see it being sold at local carinderias and some are even selling it via mobile store at sidewalks.

Beef pares, ingredients and the way it is cook vary from time to time. Below is a simple and easy to follow recipe of beef pares or also known as braised beef paired with fried rice and hot-tasty soup that you can try out at home.

Ingredients:

* 500g  (sliced into 1 1/2-inch thick cubes) beef brisket

* 4 cups of water

* 1/2 piece chopped onion

* 1 piece star anise

* 1 tsp of salt

* 1 tbsp cooking oil

* 1 tsp minced garlic

* 1 onion, chopped

* 1/3 cup soy sauce

* 2 tbsp of sugar

* salt and ground black pepper (to taste)

* 2 cups of beef broth

* 2 tbsp cornstarch

* 1/4 cup of water

Beef Pares Cooking Procedure:

1). Put the beef, chopped onion, star anise and water in a sauce pot  Cover sauce pot. Let the mixture simmer until the beef is tender. Add water if liquid dries up or for more sauce if you want.

2). Separate beef cubes from the broth. Set aside the beef broth (2 cups or more will do).

3). In a sauce pot, heat the cooking oil and saute garlic until light brown.

4). Add chopped onion. Saute until transparent in color.

5). Add cooked beef cubes. Mix it well with onion and garlic.

6). Add soy sauce, sugar, beef broth. Season it with ground black pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.

7). Pour the cornstarch in water and add it to the beef mixture. Stir continuously until sauce thickens.

Enjoy your beef pares! Serve it with fried rice along with a tasty soup for much better beef pares experience.

PULUTAN: Chicken Liver wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients:

Chicken Liver

Bacon

Maggi Magic Sarap


Procedure:
Sa isang bowl, paghaluin ang chicken liver at ang Maggi Magic Sarap.... tapos, ibalot ang liver sa bacon at isara ang pagkakabalot gamit ang toothpick... gayahin ang nasa larawan na sumusunod at i-deep fry...


ahunin ang niluto kapag ayos na tapos i-serve mo na...


samahan mo na agad ng ice cold beer.... hehehe... i hope, nakapag-share na naman ako ng munting pulutan na madaling gawin sa inyo mga peeps....
