Beefy broth , sautéed endive on a bed of crunchy crostini .





A 3 inch roll of Philadelphia cheese and smoked salmon topped with ikura ( salmon eggs) ...

... Served on a warm finger. Lol!

eto po recipe ko for that saging booger... este burger pala...

ingredients:

• regular-sized (naks) Puso ng saging
  union (hindi onion ha?)
  garlic
  union (again, hindi onion) chives
  egg
  flower (pronounced as flour)
  salt and piper (hindi pepper) to taste
  

what to do

• linisin ang puso.... ng saging
  cut into parts na magkasya sa kaserola
  pakuluan ito hanggang sa maging medyo malambot
  drain the water, at tadtarin ang puso... ng saging
  mince onions, garlic, and onion chives
  mix the tinadtad na puso (ng saging) with the minced ones (ung nasa taas) sa isang bowl
  add salt and pipper
  add egg (ung laman lang, hindi kasama ang egg shells)
  mix with flower (ung harina)
  mix well
  
  heat pan
  add oil
  scoop a spoonful of the mixture and flatten while frying in low heat
  

serve while hot.
