Wow, salmon and blue marlin carpaccio. Never had fish carpaccio, is the process of making this same as making beef carpaccio? Like season with salt and pepper then brown on a pan then put in a freezer.

Anyway, this looks good to look at and for sure taste great.

Looking forward for more delicious dishes, Edesia.

Boiled lang sya James..

Set aside ko muna to let it cool.. Then i shall be slicing her... Into thin strips...marinate her with olive oil, salt, pepper.. Parsley , oregano and half a tsp. of chopped red onions...and diced boiled potatoes.

... A glass of Chardonnay will do just fine with this kind of appetizer...hmnn dagdagan mo pa ng crostini.. Roasted bell peppers with garlic and olive oil...

When I hear about octopus, the first thing that comes to my mind is that Koreans eat this mollusk raw. And its hard to swallow because they tend to get stuck in the mouth.

The last time I ate octopus, I just grilled them in charcoal seasoned with salt, pepper and oil then sliced into small pieces. And dip in spicy toyomansi. Good times...

Anyway, the dish you describe was mouth watering and it made me hungry. Simple but for sure a scrumptious dish.

Those colorful round sweets are macarons... May filling yan sa loob... Hmnn... Usually dito ang filling is chocolate ganache or yung english cream ... Very similar sa chantilly cream..pero masarap din yung dessicated coconut or chocolate chips na may whipped buttecream with almond or pecan nuts.
