Oh wow... Do you see the marbling on that salmon? I could have two orders of that, no problem. The quality on that is topnotch.Ummm.. I'm not sharing this Schy... There is this place here in ATC, the salmon sashimi was always fantastic. Fatty yet firm and very fresh. No fishy aftertaste, it's like butter. Not exactly like yours but it's pretty decent.The Soba don't matter much to me, but this. I order two of these and no sharing hehehe, that also goes with my brother who introduced me to the place.Catch your like Yosemite. +1
