Ang hirap naman nyan Mr. Bond.... Mission impossible e...


Hehe...wala pa masyadong tartufo sa ngayon meron nyan kapag early spring or autumn pag malamig at maulan... But that's a very expensive specialty... Mas masarap yan in butter... And Parmesan cheese with a little pecorino ( goat cheese ) ...

'Burro, Noce ( walnut or pinoli nuts) and tartufo...but sometimes magkakaron ng mis interpretation dahil parang 'noce ' (nut) yung tartufo.. But it's actually like a 'mushroom' .... But very good and aromatic not only sa pasta but also sa meat delicacies.

... Luto ba ako? Hehe  depende sa menu po yan.. Summer menu ngayon so mostly seafood and veggies lang... Alam nah! Diet ang mga tao dito...they love to wear their beach wear with well toned bodies... So definetely less Carbo... That means less pasta. 

Hehe! .but if ever na available ang tartufo kahit mahal sya ... We'll see...anyway.... Salamat po ulet sa pagdaan dito...
