For me it would be the Death Note packaged with Light's intelligence hehe.  I will wipe out all the corrupt politicians kahit na alam kong wala na halos matitira.  Well, siguro i will try to give some sample muna, like uunahin ko tirahin yung talagang talamak na corrupt then sana matakot na yung iba at magbago..
