You turn on the radio or iPod, which music are you going to listen to?

Oldies or Today's music?

====================================================

I grew up in the 80s.  I'm a greybeard.  I will listen as far back as Tommy Jones and the Shondells and as late as Aerosmith.  Back in the days when music was cool.

Sometimes it depends on my mood...

Puedeng mix nang Oldies at Top Hits...

Kapag isa lang... Siguro yung Today's Music... Kadalasan kasi madami na ding Remakes ang ginagawa nila...

Kapag narinig mo, sabihin mong maganda yun pala niRemake na lang pala from the Oldies...

Have you noticed the revival of some oldies to suit today's music fad? It's a testament to  the quintessential ambience of that generation. Bohi wins.

I mostly listen to old songs. Once in a while I stumble upon new songs that catches my interest. I usually listen to a radio app and buy the song through iTunes and add them to my "New & Notable" playlist.

Anyway those songs are the exception to the rule, I am more of an 80's guy myself. 70's, 60's and 50's are good too.

Old big band music from the 20's-40's are relaxing to listen too specially on a hot Sunday afternoon with nothing to do but read a book and drinking a nice cold ice tea. Eccentric as it may sound but I enjoy that a lot.

Not a fan of love songs too much, except maybe some from the 60's and 70's like some Bread and Barry Manilow and some R&B's from Hall & Oates.

Rock on Holmes.

Pagdating sa music medyo stuck in the past ako. Mas gusto ko pakinggan yung mga tipong pinapatugtog sa radyo during Sundays. Karamihan sa mga considered ko na bagong kanta are the songs nung mga early 2000.

  :-[

Sabi ng isang may crush sakin hindi daw ako gwapo, malakas lang ang dating.

Anybody who has Barry Manilow in his iPod should ask God for forgiveness this coming Holy Week.  It's an abomination.

And yes, I'm talking to you Prime.

para saken kase pag sinabing oldies yung mga tipong 50s and 60s na pinapakinggan ng nanay ko noon tuwing linggo. tapos ako naman tipong mga the cure, tears for tears at duran duran nun. pero ngayun naman considered oldies na yung mga tugtog ko dati, hwaaaaa :'(

M.I.L.K. is an epic photographic celebration of what it is to be part of a family, share the gift of friendship and more than anything else, to be loved. Inspired by the 1950s landmark photographic exhibition "The Family of Man", M.I.L.K. began as a worldwide search to develop a collection of extraordinary and geographically diverse images portraying humanity’s "Moments of Intimacy, Laughter and Kinship" (M.I.L.K.). This search took the form of a global photographic competition in 1999.
