Call cenner din po akes mga manay. Dehins ko na sabihin kung ano kasi hindi naman kilala ang cenner namin though we've been in the business for around 10 years now.

ako wan man kol center din ang dating ko sa opisina pag gabi. paano yung head office namin nagsasara na pag hatinggabi. ako lang magisa ang naiiwan sa graveyard shift sa opis hanggang alas sinko ng umaga.

bangis - kahit gaano ako kalakas umutot sa opisina walang umaangal hehe. kaya nyo yun.

Almost 10 years na din pala ako sa larangan ng call center. Went through the ranks of being an agent then got promoted as a lead agent, hanggang sa naging TL , then sup, and sa awa ng nasa itaas ay Site Manager na ngayon.

yung mga calls
yung mga tropa
mga TL na ewan
mga QA na ewan
unless the QA is the crush ng floor then she can pull me out anytime for couching..este coaching pala

^^ Oo nga bro nakaka miss din talaga mag calls. Sarap pa naman ng feeling na makabenta or maka resolve kung ang hirap kausap ng prospect.

Ngayon ang mga nakakausap ko nalang is yung mga super irate prospects na naeescalate. Yung mga prospect na kahit kinausap na ng mga hawak kong TLs and Sups ay hindi padin nila mapacify at marami pang chechebureche kaya naeescalate pa ulit sakin.

Pero alam nyo, mas nakakatuwa ang chat support. Yun ang last account ko bago ako nagresign. Mga 2 months din ako dun. Hehehe.. di ko maipaliwanag kung bakit pero mas nakakatuwa talaga sya. Ung tipong nagmumura ka na habang nag tatype pero ung sa transcript mo ubod pa din ng ganda ang sinasabe. Kabaliktaran XD
