What does it mean when a girl places her hand on your legs?

just wanted to ask you guys and gals that question......

well my situation is that this female friend of mine, are together my car. we suddenly held each other's hand while driving, and i was surprised to feel that her hands were placed in my right leg

well with all honesty beck, i said to myself and to my girlfriend that i will not anymore be replying to any other threads here in our forum except what I have declared to her... I stumbled upon your thread when you posted it and i said to myself that i will refrain from answering yours but my inert mind told me otherwise so here it goes... I think you should have opened the floor to your friend as to what level of your friendship she wanted it... Was it beyond friendship or what... placing a girl's hand in a man's hips connotes something, well i was not born yesterday not to feel otherwise... When the both of you held your hands together well that's something... she can not deny the fact that she feels something for you, a good sign for you.. Love is not at all about what you say or what she says, love is about expression thru words or thru touches... Now, the question is that do you feel something for her? Only you can answer it... Btw, you did not vote for my thread, The Girls next Door, but i don't feel anything negative about it, its your call and i respect it... Stay cool and do i need to say this? Go for her, love her with all your heart, better be going gaga over her than be sorry later on..

First of all, I couldn't vote on Girls Next Door 'cos I couldn't see your topic/thread.

With regards to your reply - yes, I did felt something when we held hands, but I don't think it's love, just yet.

We're friends for about a year now and I don't have any intentions to go beyond that, or much worse, destroy it.

But I must admit, it felt good to hold hands with her

Wow! Hmmm... So there was some holding back on your part.. The friendship, yes... Afraid to have it tarnished? I guess you need some deep thinking to do as to what your plans for your girl, what's next.. she's giving you some motives already and that is a sign that she wants your relationship to go beyond on what you have right now..

But it's so complicated. I mean I'm already with a partner, and she has a partner, too!

Kaya for now, I'm okay with it. We're really good friends and just don't want to risk it na masira because of physical stuff, you know

Besides, I'm too shy to ask her out on a relationship beyond friendship

Its like she can be what she wants to be when you're around and that she's more confident of herself when she's with you.. Do you love your partner? If so, then you have to keep some distance with your so called friend.. Mahirap na ba... Maaga pa naman for you to avert the situation so you better keep your distance muna but based on my experiences, the girl will feel a bit worried as to your sudden change of ways in dealing with her... kaya wag abrupt ang pag distansya.. start with an alibi that is acceptable but not that obvious... But since lalaki tayo, mahirap talaga yan, masarap kasi ano hahaha... but at the end of the day, still we have to assess ourselves kung ano ba talaga ang gusto natin mangyari...

Hehehe ang alam ko lang is ganun daw talaga siya malambing sa mga male friends niya. There was one time we went out for lunch lang and nakahawak pa both hands nya sa right arm ko while we were walking

I think it was the start na we held hands inside the car

So far, our friendship is still good

so I guess there's nothing wrong if this goes on haha!

when that happened, steady lang naman ung kamay niya hehe, pero matagal nga lang. at that time hindi ako nagsasalita at parang blank stare lang sa traffic lights

actually, after that, ako naman naglagay ng right hand ko sa legs nya (sayang nga naka-pants eh haha!). parang magkahawak kami ng kamay nun pero nung tinanggal nya, napapatong kamay ko sa legs nya
