connection getting worst! what now smart communications?

what's with this smart telecom. it's been putting a thing on my nerves. months of intermittent connection. i wanna end my contract, how's this possible without paying a dime?

i got the same problem so i just didn't pay up and they disconnected my line. i'm happy with my new provider now.

my connection(internet) just got better.. before i had 3G only, now i have LTE... i guess it depends on your location..

I used to get this problem a lot. Got fed up and moved to Globe.
Globe does have this crazy data cap though...

smart bro din dati ang gamit ko sa bahay. saka magagaling ang taga customer service ng smart bro. kapag nawawala connection dun sa isa kong laptop, nililipat ko dun sa isa para matest ko kung alin ang may diprensya, parehong hindi gumagana ang internet, then kapag ginamit ko ang laptop sa ibang provider ay meron internet, kapag itinawag yun sa smart, ang sagot ng taga customer service ay may diprensya ang lan card at kelangan na ipadala ko sa technician, eh sino ba naman matino na customer agent ang magsasalita nyan kung alam nya ang sinasabi nya. tapos may dumating na home service ng smart para icheck ang antenna, ang sagot sa akin, incompatible daw yun lan card ko sa smart, sabi ko, imposible na may diprensya ang lan card ko kasi tested ko na yan sa ibang service provider, at gumagana yan, sa inyo lang ang meron diprensya, yang 2 kong unit ay sa abroad ko binili at ilang service provider ang andun at walang nagiging problema, hindi unit ko ang may problema kundi serbisyo nyo. tapos pinacut ko na yung line ko nung time ng renewal. hindi nila pinutol at monthly pinadadalhan pa ako ng monthly bill, kaya nagemail ako sa customer service na anong kalokohan yun. tapos ng dumating ang bagyong yolanda ay may mga supporting wire na naputol dahil sa lakas ng hangin, ng itawag sa customer service para putulin ang linya, aba may dumating na home service at ang gagawin nila ay yung naputol na linya ng alambre at hindi yung pinakakansel kong linya. ang sabi ng taga customer service ay para daw gumanda ang serbisyon nila kaya aayusin ang alambre, sabi ko, pinapuputol na yan ano bang mahirap na intindihin. ilang bwan na meron dumating na bill sa akin, tapos lately meron pang dumating na sulat galing sa abugado, kung hindi ko daw babayaran yung mga remaining bill ay mapipilitan silang putulin ang linya ng internet.

kaya iniemail ko taga smart sabi what kind of stupidity is this. i thought you are smart people, but what you are doing is a kind of stupidity, do you think you can threaten me with that  kind of letter? maybe you better change your name from Smart Communication to Smart Miscommunication, saka ang motto na Customer Satisfaction to Customer Dissatisfaction.

Ganyan ang smart! kahit ayaw na sa kanila ng kanilang subscriber e pinipilit pa rin nila. .ang matindi pa dun ay patuloy ang charge nila monthly.. D naman siguro mahirap putulin ang linya. .mas mahirap pa nga ang pagkabit nun...

globe and bayantel also have the same problem... You can always switch to a different ISP...

smart is the worst internet provider IMO.. kumuha ako ng plan na 2 mbps sa bahay ko. Nung unang buwan ok ang speed. Pero nung tumagal ang sarap isumpa ng network nila. Tang ina. Magdodownload  ka 20kbps lang ang speed eh wala naman akong ka share. Tanginang yan. minsan ayaw pang kumonek..

lahat naman kase ng tele communication/ ISP dito sa pinas ganyan eh? pabigay2 pa ng promo dami namang palpak dapat naman kase ang gobyerno ang may dapat gawin lakas kumuha ng tax lalo na sa tulad kong single with no dependent puta kainis bobo

May technical problem ang smart last time pero so far alam ko ok na kasi kahit kami sa office nahihirapan din lalo na at naka-push sa phones namin work emails.  Anyway, mukhang ok na naman pero sana wag na maulit.  depends on the location too. :-)

for LTE users, just disable your LTE and use the 3G. LTE speed is inconsistent but fast, specially during off-peak hours. may reach 5++MB/s DL speed.
So far, i have been using Smart and Globe pre-paid internet (plugged on iphone 5 and 5s, selling them now, switching to WP7 and Android). There are some areas that Globe internet suck @ss, but on some areas, they have fast DL and UL speed. At home, I use Smart because nawawala yung signal sa loob.

basta kulitin nyo lang ng kulitin technical support nila, ganon lang, para malaman nila mga problems.
