I am a sun broadband user for quite a few years now with no connection problems at all. It's only when they was acquired by smart. . I got full smart signal on my sun signal - how is that so? but behind those signal is the 20kbps DL. .lol. Sun Cellular is now infected with the Smart Poor Service virus.
