Because I have loads of free time and work in a bank, I'll do this via math.

If invest it in the bank I'm working in now, they guarantee a return of 1% per 180 days, compounded.

IF we are just counting the interest (not including the 1M principal), it will take 656 months (54 years) for the amount of total interest to equal the amount of consistent cash.

BUT if we include the principal in the calculation, the amount of consistent cash will NEVER equal the principal amount plus interest.

Equations used:

1: N * 3000 = (POWER (1.01,(N/6)) * 1000000) - 1000000
Solving for N, we get 655.97
2: N * 3000 = (POWER (1.01,N/6)) * 1000000)
There is no solution for N.

Of course, the real question is, if we just put it in the bank, when will we enjoy the 1M + interest? Haha.

And even kahit na 2nd hand lang ito, it will last for long and bihira ang major expenses dito, pa repair repair lang ang technique dito at konti lang ang gastos mo)

and in case na magdecide kang ibenta, the amount of franchise is 100k and the body of the PUJ is pera din but i don't know kung magkano..

 ..you can earn here 100,000 each in one year.. net income na ito.. and yes, may 2 kang drayber dito.. ang magiging trabaho mo dito eh matutulog maghapon at maghihintay lang ng iaabot sayo ng drayber mo..
