sa ngipin subukan mo yung HYDROGEN PEROXIDE at BAKING SODA, paghaluin mo lang sila to make a paste. Pag mag sisipilyo ka, isawsaw mo lang dun ang sipilyo..dont do it everyday..twice a week is fine..

MOstly nasa diet lang yan.Eat more fruits and veggies.. LESS and LESS of meats.
