OATMEAL...Health Benefits of Oatmeal
A nice hot bowl of oatmeal has just 154 calories, enough to fill you up without affecting your fat loss efforts.

yeah definitely correct sit imoy in fact yan ang eat ko everyday hindi yan nawawala sa daily habit ko when it comes sa chow and also nilalagay ko sa face ko hihi so that my skn so smooth and beautiful nyeahhhh hahaha thank you for sharing po sir imoy
