INCOME OPPORTUNITIES!
I have been in the lending business for the past 3 years. As of now, the demand from that market is high that I cannot accommodate their funding requirements. As such, I am opening the doors for possible partner/financiers.
For security, collaterals that will be covering the loans will be provided to the partner/financier. Aside from the physical document (title, ownership, etc.) the annotation will be under the name of the partner/financier. I will handle the necessary credit investigation and verification but the partner/financier will also have the free hand to conduct this if requested.
The net interest that will be received by the partner/financier will be 4% per month. I will just charge a minimal 1% interest and agent's fee to the borrower.
To give everyone an idea, I currently have:
1) a property (condo unit) in The Fort, Global City with market value of 2.8M being mortgaged for 500K
2) a 2004 model Nissan xtrail automatic 4x2 with market value of 340K - mortgaged for 180K.
3) A 300 sqm lot with 2 concrete houses at a prime location in Antipolo City with market value of 3M being mortgaged at 1.5M
