Well PNOY moves to abolish PDAF, but instead he will rename it and change the procedures on how to get a public fund for their "future project".Once Congress passes new legislation on public fund use, this 7-point system will also be in place to deter corruption:1. Government projects will come from a "limited menu"2. Consumable "soft projects" such as fertilizers, seedlings, medicine, medical kits, training materials, among others, that cannot be scrutinized properly are prohibited.3. Temporary infrastructure projects such as dredging, desalting, or asphalt overlay projects are also not allowed4. Public funds will no longer be diverted to non-government organizations and government-owned and controlled companies such as ZREC at NABCOR.NOT entirely abolished

Kalokohan na iaabolish ang PDAF. PDAF is NOT a law. It is a provision in the Constitution. Pnoy is against charter change. So yung sinabi niya kahapon e binilog lang ang mga tao. Ang law can easily be repealed. Changing the constitution? Hahaha! Asa pa tayo.
