yea agree din ako... water really helps a lot....can't really control bad breath in the morning but through out the day we can do so.... spicy food contributes sa bad breath pati odor....hehehe
Tama naman.. kahit nasa tyan na yun mga food na nagcacause ng bad breath still lumalabas pa rin ang amoy kapag humihinga tayo. Lalo na kapag constipated hahaha..Salamat po sa shareSent from my Yahoo using Google
