Though certainly not a medical necessity, many wish to reduce the signs of aging. These signs are most apparent on the skin, appearing in the form of wrinkles, dark spots, and sagging skin. Aging is a natural part of life. However, it is perfectly acceptable to do battle with time in an effort to keep these side effects from appearing. What may surprise you is that the best solutions are actually natural ones.

Millions of dollars are spent each year on facial creams and other products that promise to turn back the hands of time. A few of these products have tested well and have been shown to provide some benefits. Many of the best products are those that contain only natural ingredients. This is important to note, as many of these ingredients are readily available to you on a daily basis at a fraction of the product cost.

Arguably the least expensive aging reducer would be water. Simply put, the skin needs it, and a lot of it in order to remain in good condition. Water can boost collagen production which in turns helps to fill in wrinkles and self-correct other skin problems. This chemical-free, cheap anti-aging method should be a part of your fight to reduce the signs of aging.

A healthy diet and exercise may not prove as power as simply H2O, but both can keep the skin in good condition. Healthy foods may provide a plethora of vitamins and minerals that the skin needs. Before purchasing that next bottle of anti-aging cream, consider these natural methods of battling the negative skin changes that often come with age.

Why not start planning  to help ward off wrinkles and premature ageing while you are young? You can save yourself a great deal of time and money as opposed to trying to fight the signs of age once they start occurring. Here are four tips to help stop the appearance of aging that are free or cost very littlet:

1  Stay Out of The Sun

Nothing ages skin faster than the sun. Use tanning lotions (not sunbeds or spray on tanning solutions) to get that healthy glow. Use a high SPF suntan lotion all year long on exposed skin and you will stave off 90% of future wrinkles. Besides, pale is in!

2. Stop Smoking

Smoking, in addition to causing lung cancer, causes fine lines around the mouth. Smoking also deprives the skin of oxygen it needs to stay looking healthy.

3. Drink Lots of Water

Keeping your skin hydrated from the inside will help stave off wrinkles by keeping skin smooth and supple. Why pay for expensive moisturizers when water works better than any cream or lotion?

4. Relax

When we are stressed, we tend to tighten our facial muscles. Try making a concentrated effort to relax your facial muscles when you are stressed and you will be amazed at how much you were tightening them without realizing it. While it’s not so easy to remove stress, find a way to handle it such as yoga, a long walk, or even getting a pet.

Nothing prevents aging, but we can prevent premature aging quite easily, starting at a young age.

hahaha... yan pala ang iwas pampatanda..

more importantly, stay away to stressful things and be positive. Healthy lifestyle is much more appreciated if you want to prevent aging

good point, kesa sa maglalagay ng kung anu-anong burloloy sa mukha why not use the natural way, bukod sa safe ito sa katawan eh walang side effect kung sakali... thanks for sharing
