Tama ka dito sir. pag nagbuilt ka ng franchise, most of the time nakasentro ito sa isang player or individual. For example, nung pumasok ang Manila Beer team sa PBA, they made Ramon Fernandez as the cornerstone of their franchise. Nung kalakasan ng Houston Rockets nung 90s, they revolved their franchise to The Dream (Olajuwon). As simple as that.
