What's the rule on naturalization zz?  Can any country naturalize anyone?  If that's the case, the country with the most money wins, right?  KSA, for example with their billions of oil money, can naturalize as their citizens, the entire USA basketball team.

Found it:

Like in the case of Javale McGee, nasabi nya na available sya for it since di pa sya nakakalaro sa Team USA.

Basketball kids drink your double dose of Cherifer para tumangkad sagad! Lol Get ready to face all the giants in Spain. Pauwiin si Douthit. Replace him with Lebron.

i agree with you sir... we should be looking and give more focus doon sa sports na may potential sa world or olympics... hindi sa minamaliit ko ang basketball natin sa Pinas kasi big fan din naman ako ng basketball but i'm just looking at reality.... at this point perhaps for the next 20 or so years i don't think na kakayanin ng pinoy ang mga higanteng atleta sa ibang bansa with regards sa basketball....

yup, kung meron sana tayong training program for our young athletes on different sports (badminton, football, swimming) eh, we have a better chances on competing for olympics or on world championships. i think we had the best case scenarios in the fiba asia championships. we had homecourt advantage, we bagged the no.1 seed on group f? thus we dodge a matchup vs china, qatar defeated chinese taipei to face china in the quarters, then china iran, and south korea are all in one group in the 1st round. then you add heart, passion, sacrifice and hardwork = we qualify for the fiba world cup!

"The pride of the Philippines is the pride of the ASEAN region.”

Indonesian tycoon Erick Thohir, part owner of the Philadelphia 76ers, has offered to help the Philippine national team by arranging a series of exhibition matches against the Sixers and at least two other teams in the world’s premier basketball league with which he has connections.

“Being from Asean, we are so happy the Philippines qualified for the 2014 World Championship,..I am opening some of the players in the NBA summer league to give the team due training.
