10. Jocelyn Wildenstein
Jocelyn was introduced to Alec Wildenstein, a billionaire, by Adnan Khashoggi on Alec’s 60,000 acre Kenyan ranch. Once they were married, Jocelyn went through major surgeries in order to transform her features into those of a cat as to please her husband. One can say that the surgeries did not help as Jocelyn caught Alec in bed with a 19 year old Russian model back in 1977. It was all down after that, she received history’s biggest divorce settlement worth $2.5 billion along with annual allowance of $100 million for 13 years. The judge ordered Jocelyn to not have further surgeries which involved this money. Jocelyn is currently with her new husband who is 20 years younger than she is.
9. Robert Klark Graham
Optometrist as a professional, Robert made a lot of money by inventing shatter proof glass. At the pinnacle of his career, Robert decided to create a higher breed of people. For this purpose he opened “Repository for Germinal Choice” which was supposedly a sperm bank only to take donations from Nobel Prize laureates. It is an established fact that to receive a Nobel Prize one has to invest one’s life, this implies that most of the people who would donate were naturally old people. Of course Robert eventually lowered his standards for donors but in February 1997 (90 years of age) Robert slipped in his bathtub knocking himself out and drowned. Nothing too weird when it comes to the inventor of Facebook other than the fact that in 2011 he announced that he will not eat meat unless he killed the animal with his own hands. One can argue that he is a little awkward and dresses a little differently but being a vegetarian he made it clear that he will “eat meat” once he “killed” the animals. In May 2011 via Facebook Mark updated his status “I just killed a pig and a goat”. However his new found interest of killing animals for meat was short lived as since 2012 the bloodthirsty billionaire now acquires his meat from the store.
7. Jeff Bezos
Jeff, worth over $20 billion, is the founder and the CEO of Amazon.com. It is known that he was a mechanical genius. He got his degree in electrical engineering and computer sciences. For over the last 10 years Jeff has been trying to privatize spaceflight through his company, Blue Origin. Recently Bezos found engines of the historic Apollo 11 mission with the help of an ocean exploring team at the bottom of Atlantic Ocean. Bezos funded a clock that is to work for 10,000 years, Clock of Long Now. He intends it to be buried in Sierra Diablo Mountains. Just for comparison purpose, the reader should know that the Great Pyramid of Giza is 5,000 years old.

Like Jocelyn, the Duchess too was fond of plastic surgeries as she too went through them. She is the testament to the power of true love. At the age of 85 she showed the will to marry Alfonso Diez Caranantes, he was 61 at that time. Naturally the family and the King of Spain, Juan Carlos, were not too happy with the whole ordeal. 5. Howard Hughes
Howard Hughes is undoubtedly the king of the most eccentric millionaires and billionaires. He was into oil drilling business. He also went on to become a producer. He utilized his wealth in producing blockbusters. He was also a pioneer in aviation sector. But his efforts in this sector met a deadly twist when during his experimental flight in Hughes XF-11, he himself being the pilot crashed the plane in the adjoining areas of Beverly Hills. After the accident he was completely changed, adversely that is. He spent months in a darkened screening room and did not even bath during his stay there and urinated in bottles. He shifted to chocolates, chicken and milk as food. He bought RKO studios the subsequent year but was never seen there as he descended into madness. He started to live in solitude in hotel rooms and purchased the property when his requests were too outrageous for the owners. He had severe form of obsessive compulsive disorder and germophobia. He was also left with chronic pains from the accident and made him addictive to painkillers. He died in 1976 with his body shriveled and unkempt. The body was indentified using finger prints.
4. Peter Thiel
Peter Thiel is jack of all trades as he is the co-founder of PayPal and also an investor in Facebook. He has a good business going on for him but his true passion lies in philanthropy acts, for this purpose he has founded Thiel foundation. He invests money in rather odd endeavors. Some of the investments include developing A.I, human immortality and construction of ocean based floating cities which he actually thinks are a necessity for the survival of human species.
3. Robert Durst
The acts of this millionaire show that one can get away with murder if you have enough money. At the age of 7 he witnessed his mother commit suicide by jumping off of the roof of their house. That left strong affect on him as he inclined towards insanity. Kathleen, his wife, was reported missing and her body was never found. In 2000, the investigation was reopened and Susan Berman, his friend, was found shot dead at her home; it is assumed that Berman had some information on Kathleen’s disappearance and Robert did not wanted her to talk. Shortly after that he started cross dressing. In 2001, the body parts of his elderly neighbor were found floating in Galveston Bay, Texas which led to his arrest. He got bail and skipped town. Afterwards he was caught in Pennsylvania where he was trying to steal a chicken sandwich and a band-aid despite the fact that he had $37,500 in his pocket. He hired a hotshot lawyer and served a short prison time. He now lives in New York.

Kampard is best known for his extreme frugality. He drives a 20 year old Volvo, recycles tea bags and said to have stolen salt and pepper packets from restaurants. Even in his home, the furniture he uses to furnish his home is from IKEA. He commutes through public transport. He was fond of the fascist movement that swept across Europe in early 1940’s. It is said that kampard owns part of the massive complex of IKEA.

Australian business tycoon Clive Palmer has his own way of rolling. He own Mineralogy which is a mining organization whose primary purpose is to supply iron ores to China. But he is also well known for his strange notions. In 2012 he openly spoke out against Greenpeace, making them partner in crime with the CIA in bringing down the Australian mining industry. He also plans on cloning a dinosaur in order to attract guests to his 5 star Palmer Coolum Resort. Naturally when it failed, he funded for over a 100 animatronic dinosaurs to be built on the resort’s golf course. One of his recent mad ideas include the replica of the sunken Titanic. The unique aspect of this whole project is that authenticity will be kept in mind. The passengers will be separated by classes and forbidden to intermingle, and modern amenities like television will be unavailable. Palmer’s Titanic II is scheduled to arrive in 2016.
