If so, why?Thanks!-ZZthe Mindanao issue is so diverse that is has grown unattended by the Phil. Gov't. for years ... primarily, it was the military itself that sell arms to the muslims with the generals pocketing and enriching themselves... muslim leaders are surrounded by trusted aides and confidants, worse, they have military connections in their fold.. so bringing in spies will be of no use now... what we need to bring in there are commandos or stealth assassins that will finish the job as far as eradicating these rebels is concerned...
