Hunter x Hunter -The Last Mission- revolves around the dark side of the Hunters Association



This year's 37th issue of Shueisha's Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that the second film adapting Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter X Hunter manga will premiere in Japanese theaters on December 27. The magazine also describes the story of the upcoming movie, titled Hunter x Hunter -The Last Mission-:

The strongest Hunters that once existed in the Hunters Association were split into “light” and “dark”, and each walked down their respective paths. The “dark” side begins moving in order to massacre all Hunters! What actions will Gon take when the many crimes of Netero and the Hunters Association are unveiled...!?

The production of the second movie was announced at the end of the Hunter × Hunter: Phantom Rouge film when it premiered in January. The movie took the #1 spot at the box office when it opened.

siguro before matapos ng chimera ant yan, anime is catching up fast din kasi. Probably pang backstory sa Dark Continent Arc, since binitin tayo ni Togashi dun.

Mukhang maganda yun movie pero di naman yan part ng main storyline.

Kailan kaya ulit itutuloy yun manga.

Yun movie, hindi yan nangyari after Greed Island or Before Chimera Ant. Kasi talagang hindi yan nangyari, kasi what if lang yan storyline dyan, maliban na lang kung may confirmation from Togashi na part ng storyline yan.

Manga/Anime with no fillers = Canon, Main Storyline

Anime Fillers/Movie = walang memory sila Gon at Killua sa Phantom Rogue at 2nd Hunter Movie kasi hindi talaga nangyari yan, what if story lang yan. Pera pera lang yan.

Possible may Kanmaru si Killua dyan kasi MOVIE lang naman yan.

Yep alam naman namin na wala yung kinalaman sa main storyline at pinagkikitaan lang nila (Malay mo tulong to para sa mangaka para makabalik na sya sa pagtapos ng hxh)

Pero,  kailangan pa din naman nila lagyan ng setting ang movie, and thats what we meant, kung pagkatapos ba to ng chimera anthell, or tapos ng G.I.
