What do staffs thinks

I was just disappointed to some members here, we the staff here doesn't have salary in moderating or giving the best way we can to have this site free of charge. And we expect nothing in return except your respect. You must know that every single staff here has personal life and they are sharing every bit of their time to moderate here. Its not easy being one but they choose to be one, its not the power, its the dedication. Im sorry to bring this up but i think WE deserved respect as an individual. We are treating every members here with the respect that they deserved.

Sad... to admin and staff...   but can I asked something? all I know those ads are being paid for every visitors hits on website a day? Isn't just curious about those ads?

It covers only 10 to 15 percent of the total monthly expense of this site as i mentioned before

a year? maybe that is a shared hosting. we are in a dedicated server FYI.

I understand... dedicated server... I've been familiar with godaddy charges and I know how they charge... I guess its not that high...

i assume you are only on a shared hosting, having PT on it will never work

I know what is shared hosting and what is not...  it sad to know that someone questioning your earning and your saying that your not getting anything from it???

I can say that i dont get anything from it because earnings minus expenses is a negative value. And in an accountants point of view you must consider services not only the costs. and considering that i tend to continue and somebody asked me before WHY? who can answer that difficult query?

The way you shoot me with queries i assume your a webadmin, do you know how much is the minimum expenses of a dedicated server? but any way everyone can google it

check a machine that has xeon E3 500gb with 8gb RAM.
