Iron Man 3 Reactions

Overall, the movie was a let-down for me. I think it was because I was expecting something mind-blowing and I got what would essentially be an action-comedy. BE warned, don't go in expecting too much or you'll leave with a bad taste in your mouth.

**SPOILERS**
I guess what really got to me is binaboy nila yung Mandarin. The Mandarin is supposed to be Iron Man's premiere archenemy, the wielder of the 10 rings of power. To see him reduced to a 2-bit actor just for the laughs felt like a big insult for me.

Also, didn't anyone notice that we paid for an iron man movie and got more robert downy jr. in some x-files/comedy knockoff investigating small towns and going all mcgyver on us. There was a big money shot at the end with all the iron man armors being shown off, but c'mon - they totally ripped the audience off with the 30-40 minutes they spent on a low budget comedy/murder -mystery.

The only good thing about the movie was paltrow getting supper powers and kicking ass, that was it really.

Overall, I'd rate the movie a 7/10.

Not good! Portrayal of Mandarin was bad.
So much for all the hype in the trailers

pinaplano ko pa nman panoorin ito sa imax. since wala pa ako nababasang good review at gaya neto panay bad reviews.

Kung fanatic ka ng marvel at alam mo talaga ang storya ng ironman pati na rin mga villaun nito, madidismaya ka sa movie..

the only marvel movie na naappreciate ko is yung the avengers or rather best among the marvel movies. maganda nman yung mga naunang iron man kaso medyo malaki expections siguro nila dito sa 3rd franchise. well its all about the money.

The Iron Man 3 movie franchise has now slid to the bottom of the comic book barrel for me. I'm gonna watch Thor, Captain America instead. Dati, ayoko ng mga DC movies (green lantern? eww) but yung Man of Steel - looks like it's gonna be my new Iron Man.

i agree with you on the man of steel. i hope it will be a double disappointment.

I actually enjoyed it. True, it doesn't make sense if you're a Marvel comics fan, but for the loads of young people today (and even some old-timers who're just moviegoers) who haven't read Marvel comics, it's actually a breath of fresh air.

it would have been better had they made Guy Pearce the Mandarin, with all his powers, and Ben Kingsley as Killian, a brilliant but the flawed scientist. the movie per se is entertaining, but if you're a marvel fanboy(or girl) you will be disappointed. that said, Pearce as Killian is so far the best villain of all the three Iron Man movies.
