How did this film get past the censors?

SPRING Breakers is not your standard party film. It contains more nudity than your average soft-core porn and as much violence as Grand Theft Auto. So how did this film get made?

But it impresses me that a film like this can still get made in 2013. I don't know how it got past the censors. Or how writer and director Harmony Korine found a studio willing to make it.

The film - which comes with an R rating - contains more six, nudity, violence and drug use than even the trailer implies.

still R rating isn't just something

i think the movie gone through a lot of hell reviews and censorship just to get R rating
