Hello po mga dabercats :P i mean ptnians ..speaking of handling your money,specially payday hmm thats my fav day..anyways are you a spender or a saver??share share din po pagmay time :)..

Hmnn... Correct naman talaga yan sinabi ni Sis Cath... Life is too short do enjoy mo dapat fruits of your labor... But be sure na secured din and future... Kung mahirap ang buhay noon.. Mas mahirap ngayon ... And i believe mas madalas kung minsan... Hindi naman para sa atin lang kaya tayo nagsisikap... Family oriented kase ang mga Pilipino... Normal na isipin natin yung ka pamilya ... But then syempre ... Dapat e Pasayahin mo sarili mo.. Otherwise, who would do it for you...diba?
Spend a little... Keep a little more... Afterall para sayo din naman yun.

Tama ka din sissy dapat ibalance lang ang pag ienjoy ng pera kasi we have basic needs also na need pagbudgetan kaya dapat magsave din para dun..tsaka pag nag ienjoy ka atleast everything is taking care off,.. :think:

Tama nga nmn. Dapat balance po talaga.

balance dapat talaga, pero minsan di maiwasan na 70-80% ang nagagastos pampersonal/gimmik etc.. at 20% lang ang naitatabi or minsan wala talagang naitatabi. maganda pa rin kung may naitatabi para just incase na biglang nagkaroon ng pangangailangan may madudukot.

Ang style ko every end of the month I always save 1000 in our money (around 6thoupesos) for our savings then another 1000 for vacation money then the rest it all goes to bills, foods and ofcourse Shopping!! Para kada end of the year may budget for travelling and pocket money... same w/hubby but I think he saves more in travelling ...
Dont get me wrong shoppaholic din ako kaya pag hinde ko ginawa yung mag save sigurado mauuwi sa spend lahat... my mom always telling me kahit gaano pa kalaki ang sahod mo pag wala ka na sasave eh wala pa din so di baleng maliit ang sahod basta may naitatabi eh daig mo pa ang malaking sahod na executive!

Both, I set a certain percentage for savings, pero I also do to forget that life is meant to be enjoyed. I don't like being deprived or the feeling of being deprived. If I want something badly enough, I want to have to option of getting it then and there without any hitch. The same goes for my family and loved ones, I don't like depriving them.
This is all within reason of course, I have savings accounts that I don't touch no matter what. For example I've wanted to upgrade my iphone 5, the 5s is sooo tempting but I'm holding out for the 6. Same with my clunky 1st gen mini, antay nalang ako ng 3rd gen, which is all coming in a few weeks time. These are all superficial, pero it's the most recent example I could come up with. Things like that I can hold out without too much trouble cause what I have now still works perfectly fine. Not unless nabasag siya, that's a different matter.
Pero when it comes to restaurants, I'm quite the foodie kaya I really try new ones.
Most of the time, I pay with CC and then when I get home I just transfer online and pay it back, I don't like dealing with deadlines and due dates and I don't like being charged an extra.
Just always make it a point that your savings gets bigger every month, you would find yourself pleasantly surprised in no time.

well that is true lala.... hindi ako marunong magshopping e,,.. so siya lahat, ako pag pasok ko sa supermarket halimbawa.. deretso lang ako hanap yun buy ko pag nakita ko na pay and out... :D :)) :)) :))

Pag payday,i-save for emergency money,vacation,joint savings nmin ni bf,and allowance ko till s susunod na pay,at para sa ipon ko na pang business.the rest goes to bills,food,etc.kaya ang tag s kin ng mga kapatid ko makunat.hindi ako nabili kc pag hindi sale.at minsan sale na,pinagiisipan ko pa kung bibili ako.lol.

magtatabi muna for savings.. Pay bills first, groceries and etc... yun matitira eh pantoma ko na hanggan sa umabot ng next payday....

Dapat daw talaga maging wais tayo dapat ibalance ang pagiging spender at saver..ako nung xmas jusko natuyuan bank accnt ko nangingibabaw pagka spender eh pano 10 na pala mga inaanak ko naghingi ng pamasko ..

Nyahaha pang 11 talaga,nde ko alam 10 na pala eh last kong alam 4 lang haha..kaya save na naman peg ko nito tsk tsk!

Life is short .. Kaya dapat nating ienjoy ang pinagpaguran natin but not to the extend waldas... For me kasi pinapamoer ko sarili ko dahil deserve naman niya... Iisa ang buhay nayun , so enjoy to the fullest (^_~)

I spend absurd amounts of cash on a lot of things. I don't really save much.
Just the usual mutual funds and my retirement fund courtesy of the company.
