If you would ask me maybe I would have Alchemy from fullmetal alchemist or
Nen From HunterXHunter because both can be handy in our daily life,
For example I would use alchemy fixing broken appliances, full of cracks roads and a lot more
Things to fix, and I would use nen for my extreme activities so I won’t worry
On breaking my bones or getting my self hurt,,
Ps I think Moukton no jutsu from naruto is great for preserving our mother nature

There are many things in life that you can used this ability without harming other people.. it can be used as sports dart, archery, etc.. or for police force :))

For me it would be the Death Note packaged with Light's intelligence hehe. I will wipe out all the corrupt politicians kahit na alam kong wala na halos matitira. Maybe i would say I'd like to have Akumetsu's resources. Infinite cloning system with the ability to sync/transfer all the memories when a clone dies :) . (I suggest you read this manga, it's so badass) Akumetsu!!!
