since andito ko sa business world ngun.. ang mga patok ngun sa market... ay mga electronic gadgets... halimbawa buy and sell ng cp at iba pang gadgets.. laptop... etc..
dito need mo mga capital mo more or less 100k, saklaw nito ang mga accesories for cp... kaya lang need mo expertise dito....
pangalawa... rtw'S sandals, bag, damit.. sapatos... ito kasi ang mga bagay na mabinta ngun....sa market at tiyak na di ka malulugi.. depende lang kung magastos ka..

pangatlo. kung type mo ng restaurant,,, pwede din kaagad mag boom ang kita mo dito kasi consume ng tao,, agad ang bayad... hehehhe... yan po kasi ang mga business na tried ko na kumita naman ako...

^I agree. Isa sa pinaka mabenta ngayon ang gadgets. Lagi kasing may bagong lumalabas. At ang tao, palit ng palit ng mga gamit.

If you have around 300-600k, try one of the small franchises like siomai house, pao tsin, etc. They're quite lucrative if you have a good location.

Ano plano mo? Long Term or Short Term?
For short term big returns... try electronics. Big risks din kasi mabilis ang turn over ng tech and you might end up with surplus and old stocks.
For long term... try agriculture or food related business...
you will have to build up your reputation at malaki ang initial capital kasi bibili ka ng assets like land or develop an R&D for your product... pero it is not only income generating but can also provide jobs to your fellow pinoys. And the next big thing is food... kaya prepare for it...
But, it's really up to you and your passion... what drives you. You will succeed in any business if your heart is in it.

Mga ka PT. Na notice ko lang sa mga posts nyo na yung mga type na negosyo eh may 50/50 chance of being successful. Yung others na nabanggit only works during a certain time of the day like daytime only, 8-5 or 10-9.
Why not engage in a business that doesn't sleep, that doesn't need huge facilities like warehouses and strategic locations, that even if you sleep at night tumatakbo ang negosyo?

Kung hindi ka mag take ng risks ay walang mangyayari. Yan po ang isip ng majority lalo na ng mga Pilipino. Kaya 5% lang daw ng population ng Pilipinas ang nagcocontrol ng economy.
Para lang yung gusto mo manalo sa lotto pero ayaw mong tumaya ng 20 pesos kasi takot ka na sayang lang yung itataya mo kasi ang nasa isip mo ay may 50/50 chance ka lang. Kaya itatabi mo nalang yung 20 pesos. Pero gusto mo pa rin manalo sa lotto.
At FYI sir, di po kelangan ng malaking puhunan para makapagstart ng business.
Yung mga nagju-junkshop wala nga puhunan yun pero kumikita sila.
Ano pa kaya pag mas mapalad ka sa mga nagbabasura?
It's just a matter of mindsetting. May pangarap ka na gusto mo matupad, pero ano ang ginagawa mo para matupad yung mga pangarap mo.

Try nyo mag franchise ng Lotto or siomai house/master siomai. I have a close friend na nagfranchise ng siomai house & so far, so good. Tambay at chill na lang sya ngayon. Magiging successful yan kung maganda yung pwesto.

I agree with Epro... Yung Financial Literacy sa Pinas... Dapat iniintroduce na yan sa mga schools e ...as early as in high school much better! Kaso wala e.. Self study talaga... Masyado risky pag wala ka background pagdating sa business and finance... Kaya tama , dapat research muna... Observe observe lang...have a business plan... And a back up finance solution ...Para kahit sumablay.. Hindi masyado masakit sa bulsa.

^Tanong ko lang po, under our prevalent laws eh wala pa pong judicial capacity ang isang bata, meaning to say wala pa po siyang capacity to enter into a contract so how come na naging member siya sa Royale? Pangalawang tanong: ano ang nature ng royale as a business? Is it a partnership? Is it a corporation?

Kapag isa po kasing corporation ang royale eh macoconsider po ang pagsali nya as unlawful kasi under the corporation code eh dapat of legal age siya para makasali. Secondly di po yan macoconsider na employment kasi walang employee-employer relationship ag pagiging distributor mo ng royal and furthermore kung employment yan di po sapat ang parent's consent para magiging available ang isang bata for employment.

Gusto kong business yung hindi pahirapan ibenta. Minsan hirap kasi kumbinsihin ng mga tao bumili ng suplements/beauty products. Siguro I'll go after food, water, rice,gas and maybe gadgets.

are you planning to stop working abroad already ts? if yes, then you go for a business wherein you have knowledge or skills for, a business wherein you can give your time with and an endeavor where the return is faster and increasing... if you will still be working then you better invest either at the stock market ( if you know how to ) or invest in real estate or property ( value of this investment increases yearly )... at the end of the day, it is still your call on what is best for you... don't be lured of easy money... you might lose more in the end...

Online business is the best! Hindi mo na kailangan lumabas ng bahay para magbenta lalo na ngayon tag-ulan. Gamit lang ang computer o laptop plus internet connection maaari ka ng kumita ng nakaupo. ;)

Why not insfead invest in stock market or kung kaya mo sumabay mag forex ka since ofw ka alam mo takbo ng bansa kung saan ka use that to your advantage

jay.gamara oo blogging is great source of income. Just blog something that interest you or something you know then register to google adsense to earn money from your blog. Pero syempre kailangan mo ng website. At madali na lang gumawa ng website sa panahon natin ngayon meron ng DIY (Do It Yourself).
Another example para kumita ka online is affiliate marketing. Sell mo lang ang products/services ng ibang tao then kapag nakabenta ka meron kang commission. Nagra-range ang commission sa 50-75% malaki kaya maganda talaga magsimula ng business sa internet.

Nakasalalay po ang lahat sa capital, hilig at kaalaman. kung isa ang wala sa aking mga nabanggit mahihirapan ang isang OFW na mag tagumpay sa negosyo, baka mauwi lang sa lugi.

Plano ko magbabuyan at itikan pag-retire ko. Nag-joined ako sa mga FB group na related dito at nalaman ko na mahirap din pala ang ganitong business sa ngayon dahil sa mahal ng feeds at mga gamot dagdagan pa ng kawalang suporta mula sa gobyerno. Panay ang import nila ng meat kahit available naman locally.
