^Tanong ko lang po, under our prevalent laws eh wala pa pong judicial capacity ang isang bata, meaning to say wala pa po siyang capacity to enter into a contract so how come na naging member siya sa Royale? Pangalawang tanong: ano ang nature ng royale as a business? Is it a partnership? Is it a corporation?

Kapag isa po kasing corporation ang royale eh macoconsider po ang pagsali nya as unlawful kasi under the corporation code eh dapat of legal age siya para makasali. Secondly di po yan macoconsider na employment kasi walang employee-employer relationship ag pagiging distributor mo ng royal and furthermore kung employment yan di po sapat ang parent's consent para magiging available ang isang bata for employment.

Gusto kong business yung hindi pahirapan ibenta. Minsan hirap kasi kumbinsihin ng mga tao bumili ng suplements/beauty products. Siguro I'll go after food, water, rice,gas and maybe gadgets.
