The Japanese have done it again. Japanese company Kuchofuku Co. Ltd has designed a line of air conditioned clothing with built-in fans – a product that proved in demand after the recent tsunami and earthquake. The president of Kuchofuku Co. Ltd, Hiroshi Ichigaya, explained how the clothing came about, saying: “It came to me that we don’t need to cool the entire room, just as long as people in it feel cool.” Businessmen who have no choice but to wear long-sleeved shirts in their hot workplaces have really shown interest in the air-conditioned clothing. The least expensive piece of air-conditioned clothing costs 11,000 yen (an equivalent of US $130), but the lithium-ion battery-powered jacket can provide sufficient cooling for up to 11 hours on a single charge, consuming far less power than that used by a normal air conditioner. So really, if you think about it, this clothing contributes to Japan’s energy-saving efforts, just like the company’s air-conditioned beds, seat cushions, USB cooling neckties (that comes with a small fan in the knot of the tie) or the fan-equipped hats, all of which include the company’s patented plastic mesh system that permits the circulation of air.

Ok nga naman ito kaysa sa isang kwarto na i-aircon mo eh sayang naman kung hindi naman na ma-maximize ung gumagamit.
Sana may demo sila dito nyan. Hopefully mas designed sya for panlakad or pambahay sa kainitan.

oo nga kala ko kasi parang usual na kotse: hindi malawak na aircon-ed n lugar sa loob ng car tapos pag mainit sa labas ok pa din naman.
nakalimutan ko prone sa init pa din ung bumbunan at ulo tapos lamig the natitirang parte ng katawan. sakit nga aabutin mo.
