Spikes? Like yung mga Puma kadalasan you mean?

Basketball shoes siguro for me.. wala pa naman ako na experience na discomfort.

Running shoes para magaan and its built for that purpose din kasi.

Sabi ng isang may crush sakin hindi daw ako gwapo, malakas lang ang dating.

if i have to choose between the two, i prefer baskteball shoes. pero tama sila na running shoes pa din if jogging ang activity na gagawin. especially if suited talaga sa foot type.

Yes po mas ok ang  running shoes,i can suggest  nike very light and comfortable at hinde masakit sa mga toes....

running shoes is better because it is designed for jogging/running....mine is converse which is quite comfortable...

i think we should invest on proper shoes, for running we should use running shoes kasi mabigat at hindi design ang other shoes sa pagtakbo that is why may tinatawag na basketball shoes, hiking shoes, etc.... to prevent us from injuries

Hindi ka lang magiging comfortable sa pagtakbo mo pero wearing the wrong shoes does not drain your stamina faster. Siguro nagkakaron lang ng psychological effect kaya yun ang iniisip ng ibang tao.

I always wear basketball shoes. I play basketball kase after running but kung sali ng fun run activities then i wear running shoes.

Spikes, definitely not..pang soccer un, depende sa klase ng paa mo, there are flat foots and arch foots better go to a shoe clinic
