Know what to say
There are situations when it is hard to express how I feel. Even though I am not the most expressive guy, I know what to say when certain situation presents itself. I am not afraid to speak when the situation calls for. I can choose the language and tone according to the situation. There is no tongue tie when I go for a conversation. I am prepared to speak, I know what to say.
ATHLETICS
Jump Higher
I can jump higher than I think I can. I work hard to keep my body in shape and strong. I throw my body as a unit. There is a target point I try to get to. Once achieved, I fix a new target point and workout for that. I am not bound to gravity, the next rebound, the next spike, the next pass are mine.
Surf
I ride a wave with great confidence. This game teaches me to be patient and determined. I know my body's right position and I paddle efficiently. Keeping balance is the key skill I have mastered. I can read the wave and operate the surfboard like a pro. Every time when I ride a wave there is wave of excitement in my mind. Now I can catch big waves.
Martial Arts
I can respond with lightening fast speed to an incoming attack. My every movement is precise, thoughtful. I have a greater strength and stamina and sharper response making ability. It emotionally boosts me. I have made my self-defense potential near to perfection. I understand the body language of my opponent and predict his action. Neutralizing the attack I immediately launch my unique counter attack. Now I can say- fight me.
Triathlon
A triathlon is a conversation. The longer the race the deeper the conversation goes. I train my body to go the distance in the water, in the bike and on land. I don't allow tiredness to touch me. Every inch I pass means I come closer to the target. I keep me inspired every moment. Distance cannot frighten me. In my training, I eliminate limiting beliefs every single day...
Weight Lifting
I focus more on my strength than on the weight. I have built and trained the particular groups of muscles to oppose the gravity. My technique of pull to push proves really fruitful. I have learned when to breathe. I can lift 250 lbs, then why not 251. With this principle I increase my capacity every day. Now my energy comes from inside. I feel more powerful and confident.
