Pag hindi uniform, ano ang typical attire nyo sa work?

dati long sleeves and tie ang work attire namin. buti binago na ng management, cool na yung bagong mayari ng kumpanya e. ngayon ok na ang sweater and jeans, or t-shirt and jeans pag mainit.

Uy! Very timely itong thread mo Sir Razor... I saw something in the news the other day about Korea... Many corporate establishments encourage their employees to wear cooler casual clothes during the summer months... mas okay nga yung ganun casual pang everyday unless meron malakihang important corporate meetings and gatherings of course.

As to answer your question,

Yep, though obligatory during service ang complete uniform sa kusina... Kung minsan during the preparations...I wear cool cotton shirts and pants... Minsan i still wear my Chef's blouse with denim /cotton shorts especially kung inventory lang naman. Usually paper work kase yun.

ms. schy, pag ako na-stranded sa bundok o sa isang isla gusto ko ikaw ang kasama ko. di ko na poproblemahin ang pagluluto hehehe.

kahit siguro manghuli ako ng bayawak may mga putahe kang magagawa dun nya-hehehe...

on topic: pag summer i really do appreciate na pwede kaming t-shirt lang. minsan nga pag weekend naka-hawaiian shirt lang ako sa opis eh.

Sir Razor,

Kala ko pa naman e bayawak talagah hanap mo. Pwede naman ipaluto on the spot yun kung ayaw mo ng adobo sa gata.

Meron din UOK. ..fresh large maggots. ..nilasing na palaka, bibingkang abnoy ( baked aborted duck eggs) smells terrible but really yummy! Meron din Kamaron (roasted crickett )etc... nde na ako updated sa menu nila. ..tagal na nde ako kumain dun. But those were standard and usual dishes na included sa menu nila.

All foods are served with that special pink rice sauce called 'balaw balaw ' ...para syang nilugaw na may maliliit na hipon at ginawang buro. Masarap gawin sawsawan either sa meat or fish.
