basta naman eksakto sa pagkakaluto eh madaling balatan yung basa pa yung yolk yun ang mahirap.

The trick really is when you put the eggs in cold water after cooking and keep it there for a minute or so.
Boiling the egss for 15 minutes will make the white rubbery and the yolk greenish. Best way is to slow cook the eggs and when the water begins to boil, turn off the heat, put the lid on and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then plunge the eggs in cold water to stop the cooking process.

Haha I didn't know egg boiling can be so complicated. Why not buy an egg timer?

tama si caligula...ang itlog na nilaga ay ibabad lng sa malamig na tubig para madaling balatan...nagkakaroon po kasi ng chemical reaction ang mainit at malamig na tubig sa shell ng itlog na nagiging dahilan para hindi kumapit sa laman nito...:)

mahirap balatan ang itlog habang mainit pa. dumidikit ang balat. dapat ibabad muna sa cold water at hayaan lumamig ng konti.
