Agreed. Iba talaga ang ceiling of power level ng DC/Marvel Universe eh (siguro TTGL and Tenchi verses can match them). Actually, deliberately nireretcon na nga ang nila para lang mascale down yung powers nila. Just look at the feats of power ng Pre-Crisis (Golden Age) Superman compared to the *weaker* Post-Crisis Superman, and now, the *weakened further* New52 Superman.

Kung Juggernaut vs Hulk, tingin ko stalemate. Parehong silang effectively immortal against purely physical attacks (punches & shockwaves) due to their regeneration/healing factor, although mas lamang dito si Juggernaut; at least one each of their versions could even theorerically survive if the universe blows out/in.  Pareho ding walang theoretical upper limit ang striking power nila. Pareho din silang may possibleng Multi-Galaxy-Buster Level na mga backer (Cytorrak and Galactus).

Since Anime discussion ito, tingin ko mas fair (or at least hindi Spite) match-up ang Toguro vs Kenpachi vs Rob Lucci.

Granted, may Gem of Cytorrak si Cain Marco nung nagregenerate sya dito, pero kahit ang normal na Juggernaut ay may actual regen/healing factor po.

Tingin ko may fair chance si Toguro at least kay Kenpachi (noong hindi pa awakened true power nya) na mahilig magpartida palagi. Wag lang siyang i-Kendo.
