You also make your own dough? That's great! Lasa mo na natural siya and fresh.

Best if you use fresh mozzarela, fresh tomatos and basil. The flag of Italy. Ummm umm umm ^_^

Once you know how to make your own dough, the sky is the limit.

Pasta. I like picking fresh chilli peppers, yung labuyo and then fresh basil, Not too much chilli pepper though. Then chop, gisa in olive oil with garlic, add crushed tomatoes and then add the cooked pasta while on stove top, mix a little then voila I have a simple home made pasta arrabiata.
