Lately I found na effective sakin pampagising ang pasas. Naalala ko kasi dati nung madalas pa ako magbuhat sa gym, na ngumangata ako ng pasas sa mga short breaks while lifting para mas lumakas ako.

Sabi ng isang may crush sakin hindi daw ako gwapo, malakas lang ang dating.

Talo ng malakas ang appeal at may sense of humor ang gwapo at macho..

get enough rest / sleep. try kumain ng maanghang na mani once in a while. pwede rin magkape and inom ng maraming tubig para laging naiihi at kelangan huminto paminsanminsan.  take a nap kung talagang ramdam na ang antok. magdala ng kasama sa byahe para may kausap.

Kapag automatic ang gamit tapos 5+ hours drive. Bring chips or mani. nakakaantok talaga mag drive ng automatic kapag malayuan. ok din may kausap kaso minsan tinutulugan ka ng kausap mo haha

check yourself first - usually pag-diabetic or borderline diabetic ay antukin... no amount of distractions will help especially in long lonely drives.

if hindi naman diabetic gusto ko meron magandand sounds ang sasakyan.
Invest in a good setup ng car audio - yung meron subs. hindi competition level pero yung quality.. low frequencies tend to alter your heartbeat - if your hearbeat beats a bit faster than normal hindi ka po aantukin.. pero if your heartbeat beats slower ibang usapan na yan...

lastly... it is always good to have food and drinks. pero ingat lang din kasi distraction ito sa driving.. gising ka nga eh kung mabangga na naman no sense din.

paga ako inaantok sa byahe stop over talaga sa gas station or sa convenience store kung saan maliwanag at matao then yosi/coffee break. kung may kasama kakwentuhan the better.

Early 90s weekly akong bumabyahe ng Riyadh - Dammam which is 500kms, wala pang camera noon sa highway kaya pwede magpatakbo ng 200kph. di maiwasan na hindi antukin lalo kung solo sa byahe.

Tips: ang ginagawa ko kapag nakaramdam ng antok, tumatabi at humihinto, bumababa at umiikot sa kotse tini-check kunyari mga gulong, sabay unat unat ng katawan. Very effective po iyan.

Nasubukan ko na yong may dalang termos na may kape umiinom pag inantok. Sumisipsip ng kalamansi.. Kumakanta kanta sabay sa music.. pero di masyadong epektibo.

okay din ngumata ng sili mga paps. maghugas nga lang ng kamay bago jumingle. pero sure na di ka aantukin pag napahiran ng sili si junior pero oa na yun.
