if you're an OFW having english driving license, pwede ka mag drive sa pinas for 90 days, this info is from LTO website, you can even convert your driving lic to phils. driving license, pakita mo lang sa LTO yung original then yung proof ng arrival mo sa pinas at medical test.

hindi ko alam kong applicable ito sa lahat ng lugar kasi i tried bringing my saudi liscence with all the documents i've got from the driving school in KSA pero hindi nila in-accept... hinihingian nila ako ng translation eh yung liscense has english on the other side and saudi on the other side....napilitan tuloy akong mag-student liscense ulit.....then when i came back saka pa lang ako nagkalisensya.....kainis LTO sa atin.
